PAYMENT PRE-AUTHORISATION
When you place your order with us we will pre-authorise your debit / credit card. This allows us to process the payment details which requests the bank to check funds are available to pay the order total – no payment has been transferred at this time. When we have your order ready to dispatch we ask the card processor to authorise your card for the pre-agreed amount. Pre-authorisation allows you to only pay for your order once it is ready to ship. If between placing your order with us and us being ready to dispatch you wish to cancel your order there would be no refund due as no amount has been transferred.

There are many thousands of products on our website that are available on a next working day delivery if ordered before 12 noon. For specific product delivery times please call, email or chat with us online. Certain products may need to be calibrated prior to dispatch - e.g. total stations (calibration) and gas monitors (calibration)

CALL AND COLLECT
Survey Equipment has 93 stores around the UK where goods can be collected. If you wish to collect your order please call us with the product details of interest – we will accept your order and payment then confirm which store is nearby to collect from. When your order is ready to collect we will contact you by email and telephone. Upon collection you will need your Order Collect Reference (which we will give you when goods are ready) and photographic ID. We take these steps to protect against fraudulent transactions.

PRICE MATCH PROMISE
We offer a Price Match Promise so if you can tell us where you have seen a matching product and the price it was we will try to match or beat that price. Terms of Price Match Promise: The product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery. The product is identical in make, model and specification. We must be able to check the offer. Sometimes we are not able to beat or match a price but we do promise that if we are able to reduce a price - we will. We reserve the right to decline any price match request.
