Powered respirator system with an extra large capacity, high efficiency, particle dust filter. Standard unit comprises of: Polypropylene browguard with Grade B 1mm thick polycarbonate visor; eight hour power unit; waist belt; air supply hose; plus a separate flow meter and battery charger.
• Lightweight, compact waist mounted power unit.
• Replaceable high efficiency particle dust filter for protection against toxic dusts and hazardous particulates.
• Powered by nickel metal hydride, rechargeable batteries.
• Airflow rate minimum 140 litres, nominal 185 litres per minute.
• Maximum operating time eight hours.
• Recharge time 16 hours.
• Conforms to EN12941:1999 TH2 The Chameleon II welding headpiece is solar charged, variable shade welding for MIG, MAG, TIG, SMAW, arc welding, plasma arc and air carbon. Conforms to EN379, EN175, EN166.
