What is DWF Anywhere?

DWFAnywhere is a small, free, downloadable application for desktop PCs and mobile devices that you can use to view and print files in DWF (Design Web Format) and QCF (Secure Design Web Format), a fast, efficient way to distribute design data to anyone who needs it.

DWFAnywhere provides an completely free solution for those who need to view their drawings in the field or over the Internet. Simply use the DWF capability of PowerCAD CE or PowerCAD to create DWF files that can then be copied to your mobile device or published on the Internet for use with DWFAnywhere.

With DWFAnywhere, users who typically work with paper blueprints will be able to take full advantage of the DWFAnywhere graphics engine. This free viewer is for users who need to view drawings at the project site but do not want to carry a cumbersome roll of blueprints.

Using DWFAnywhere, users will be able to navigate their DWF files using functions such as pan and zoom. They can also control layers and zoom to views defined in DWF files.

Note: DWFAnywhere CE doesn't support Windows Mobile 5.0 at the moment. An update is under construction.

• Runs on any Windows CE 4.0 or higher mobile device, including Windows Mobile 2003
 

Navigation tools such as Zooming and Panning helps making DWF faster and easier. You can customize flexible, high-fidelity printing for whatever orientation and size you need. Named views make it easy to guide users to the design data they need. The familiar toolbar makes DWFAnywhere easy to learn and use.
