New high quality range of Heavy Duty ladders made of ribbed extruded aluminium and produced through an advanced automatic flanging method (rungs are fixed to the ladder profiles with a "sandwich" system).

This model is the top one for structure, comfort and for outfits. Main point of the range is the use of increased profiles (67/84/100 mm) to obtain the best rigidity at all. All models can be used on stairs or levelled on ground or uneven surfaces.

Standard Features:

Hingers: Made of aluminium it has a device which allows easy opening (b) and it allows top comfort in the combination of the ladder from the "leant to wall position" to the "step-ladder" one or to the "on stairs position". This peculiar opening system is unbreakable and has passed the resistance test with 260 kg imposed by the European Standard. The security anti-shifting cover (a) blocks the ladder shifting over security height.

Flanged, ribbed & ergonomic rungs: Three-phase flanging (rungs are fixed with a "sandwich" system) for a long lasting: 1 & 2. Frame inner side swelling, frame outer side flanging and 3 swelling inside the frame Rungs have section 30 mm and are inclined respect to the ladder axis those remain parallel to the surface. In this way the worker lay feet on a flat surface. Standing comfortably increases operator's productivity.

Sliding Wheels: Made of knurled rubber they help the upward shifting of ladders when leant to walls. Knurled shape prevent side sliding.

Packaging and papers: Each ladder is packaged in thermo-shrinkable plastic and includes identification label and a test certificate in compliance with European Standard. Instructions and maintenance book

Device to stop uncontrolled upward shifting: It prevents uncontrolled ladder closure and shifting both during use and transportation

Straps preventing uncontrolled ladder opening: They are compulsory when a ladder is used a stepladder since they stop uncontrolled opening for a top-safety

LUXE3 Features:

LUXE3 three section push-up and stepladders also suitable for on stairs use. Equipped with base stabiliser and sliding wheels for “leant to wall" position. When used as a stepladder the third section serves only as a guardrail.

Device to prevent third section overturning: It prevent uncontrolled slipping from the operator's hand and falling of the third section during extension of the ladder when used as a stepladder.
