High Accuracy Slope Lasers Topcon makes using the World’s most advanced laser technology on your jobs simple and affordable!
At Topcon we provide contractors with continually advancing technology at a price they can afford. Topcon’s all new RL-H1Sa and RL-H2Sa lasers are no exception. Incorporating technologies that set new standards for accuracy and repeatability, these new slope lasers far exceed the performance of competing lasers.
Using leveling mechanisms found in our World leading Survey products, the RL-H1Sa and RL-H2Sa have broken the 5 arc second barrier for repeatability, and provide 10 arc second accuracy across their entire grade range. What that means to you is the confidence that you’re making accurate grade across the entire job, all day long.
Precise grade accuracy and repeatability • World’s most accurate grade repeatability: 5 arc seconds. • Unique CCD based leveling system provides superior 10 arc second grade accuracy across the entire grade range. • Eliminate grade errors and eliminate rework. • 0.001% grade input for the World’s most precise adjustment.
Electronic self-leveling simplicity No manual leveling screws. No hybrid pendulum compensators. These new lasers are fast, accurate and self-leveling. Just push the power button, set your slope, and you’re ready to go. The RL-H1Sa gives you accurate single slopes from -5% to +10%. The RL-H2Sa provides dual slope capabilities in either the X or Y axis of -8% to +8%, or dual slopes [X] + [Y] = 10%. Large buttons and easy to see LCD make it easy to set grade. The LCD also displays power consumption, HI alert, and Topcon’s unique masking feature Superior Machine Control compatibility Featuring high-output infrared beams for a full 350m radius operating range, these lasers are perfect for all of your machine control needs. And the RL-H1Sa and RL-H2Sa will be compatible with the receivers you already have. Grade checking made easy The RL-H1Sa and RL-H2Sa lasers are all the laser you’ll need for grade checking. Using the LS-70B receiver (included), you’ll have complete grade checking control of your sites from 2m to 700m in diameter. Contact your local Topcon dealer for a demonstration. You’ll see, Topcon has the lasers to fit your jobs and your budget.
Topcon’s Power Management Options • "Snap-in" rechargeable battery pack. No wires to snap or rip. Simply "pop" our rechargeables out and snap in alkalines. • Up to 45 hours of cordless battery operation. • Convenient 6-hour quick charge. • 12vDC connection powers the laser and recharges the battery at the same time. Electronic shutters for multiple lasers on the same site • Simple push button operation selects 1 to 4 quadrants. Keep the beam only where you want it. • No more clumsy shutters to raise and lower so you won’t disturb the laser. • LCD displays quadrants for easy verification of masking. • Electric shutters allows for multiple lasers on the Features • Precise grade mechanism • Easy input of grade • 600 rpm rotating speed for excellent machine control performance • Patented "PowerLevel" for fast ±5° self-leveling range, best stability, and one touch operation • Electronic laser beam shutters (Masking) • Selectable HI Alert • Heavy duty glass protects lighthouse, rubber bumpers protect body • Compact and portable with integrated handle • Topcon’s power management
Applications General construction applications Site grading, footing excavation, foundation, footing concrete, aligning formwork, checking excavations, transferring 1 m marks, landscaping and drainage, pools, patios, fences. Machine control applications Site preparation (dozers, loaders, levellers etc), road grading, airport jobs (grading & paving), land levelling, irrigation, trenching, milling, landfills, slopes and embankments etc.
Flat, single, and dual slopes in positive and negative axes • Dual slopes to a full +/-8% without tilting the laser (RL-H2Sa) • Single slopes from -5% to +10% (RL-H1Sa) • Flat horizontal capabilities (both units)
